Do I need a special license to ride a Varun Electric Bike?
Most of our models are classified as electric-assist bicycles and do not require a special license. However, local regulations vary by state and country, so we recommend checking your local traffic laws regarding motor wattage and top speeds.
How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
On average, a full charge takes between 4 to 6 hours using a standard wall outlet. We recommend using only the provided Varun charger to ensure battery longevity and safety.
What is the estimated shipping time for new orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your bike leaves our warehouse.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes arrive approximately 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, pedals, and handlebars. We provide all necessary tools and a comprehensive video guide to help you complete the setup in under 30 minutes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for bikes in new and unused condition. Please note that return shipping fees may apply, and the item must be returned in its original packaging to ensure a full refund.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every Varun Electric Bike comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering the motor, battery, and frame against manufacturing defects. Our customer support team is available to assist with any technical issues or replacement parts.
